Food aficionados from across Surat, Gujarat, gathered at Althan Bhatar Community Hall and tasted the different varieties of Bhajias prepared to celebrate the spirit of monsoon season. A total of 1195 people tasted 5 types of bhajia which showcased the culinary diversity and community spirit of Gujarat, as confirmed on October 17, 2023.
