Kastab Garai (born on November 19, 2005) of Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal, is titled as ‘IBR Achiever’ for his work as an ethical hacker at various organisations. He has been invited as a speaker at various events and has received a Certificate of Recognition (Hall of Fame) from Chandigarh Group of Colleges for his outstanding technical digital security. He is also the founder of Bug2Build, an open-source, pan-India community that supports students and professionals in cybersecurity and development, as confirmed on April 25, 2026.
