Jayamoni Baruah (born on July 31, 1997) of Nagaon, Assam, is titled as ‘IBR Achiever’ for writing an Assamese poem of 74 lines on the theme of the Ramayana, wherein each word of the poem starts with the Assamese alphabet ‘ৰ’ (Ra), using alliteration as the primary poetic device, as confirmed on May 2, 2026.
