First individual to translate Sam Veda in Urdu and Hindi
The record for being the first to translate the Sam Veda into Hindi & Urdu in the form of a book was set by Dr. Iqbal Durrani (born on February 26, 1956) of Banka, Bihar. The translation of the Sam Veda into Hindi and Urdu has been done for the first time in the field of Vedic literature. Dr. Durrani is a famous writer & director of Bollywood films. The book was launched by Shri Mohan Rao Bhagwat, chief of RSS at the Red Fort on March 17, 2023.
