The record for being the fastest to recite the capitals of all the Indian states was set by Ayush Kumar Jena (born on August 12, 2019) of Balasore, Odisha. He recited the capitals of all the 28 Indian states in just 21 seconds at the age of 2 years, 6 months and 30 days, as confirmed on March 11, 2022.
