The record for being the fastest to recite the capitals of Indian states and union territories was set by Jai V. S. Nukesh Ananth (born on October 13 2018) of Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu. He recited the capitals of all the 28 Indian states and 9 union territories in just 38 seconds at the age of 2 years, 9 months and 28 days, as confirmed on August 10, 2021.
