The record for being the fastest to recite the names of all Indian states was set by Ishan Narayan (born on August 16, 2015) of Vennikulam, Kerala, He recited the names of 28 Indian states in just 11.60 seconds, at the age of 5 years, 8 months and 18 days, as confirmed on May 3, 2021.
