The record for being the fastest to recite the names of all Indian states was set by Raha Nazarudeen (born on March 11, 2003) of Kottayam, Kerala (now residing in Muscat, Oman). She recited the names of 28 Indian states in just 10 seconds and 83 milliseconds, as confirmed on May 4, 2021.
