The record for being the fastest to recall all the Indian states and union territories, with their capitals and number of districts, was set by Priyanshu Jena (born on January 11, 2015) of Keonjhar, Odisha. He recalled the names of 28 Indian states and 8 union territories, along with their respective capitals and number of districts, in 44 seconds and 78 milliseconds at the age of 6 years, 9 months and 8 days, as confirmed on October 19, 2021.
