The record for being the fastest to recite the names of all Indian states with capitals was set by Chanchal Vinod Warkad (born on September 26, 2011) of Buldhana, Maharashtra. She recited the names of all the 28 Indian states with capitals in 16 seconds and 98 milliseconds (trained at the Institute of Life Skills Lonar under the guidance of Mr. Feroz), at the age of 13 years, 2 months and 4 days, as confirmed on November 30, 2024.
