The record for being the fastest to recite the English and Tamil alphabet in reverse order was set by Nila Amizhdha (born on May 31, 2017) of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. She recited 26 English (5 vowels and 21 consonants) and 31 Tamil (12 vowels, 18 consonants and 1 special character) letters in reverse order in 33 seconds, at the age of 5 years and 6 days, as confirmed on June 7, 2022.
