The record for being the fastest to identify one hundred countries by their flags was set by Karthikeyan Sithanandan (born on February 25, 2017) of Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu. He identified the flags of 100 countries and recalled their names in 39 seconds, by viewing the pictures of flags on a screen, at the age of 6 years, 2 months and 18 days, as confirmed on May 12, 2023.
