The record for being the fastest to recite all the shlokas of the Bhagavad Gita was set by Rejukumar R. (born on July 19, 1977) of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. He recited all 700 Sanskrit shlokas of the Bhagavad Gita, from chapters 1 to 18, in 52 minutes and 20 seconds, as confirmed on January 21, 2026.
