The record for being the fastest to complete a solo motorcycle expedition from East Coast to West Coast of India was set by Shraiyans Mittal (born on October 17, 1986) of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. He started his solo motorcycle expedition from Bakkhali, West Bengal (East Coast) at 5.45 a.m. on March 30, 2026, crossed Digha, Puri, Visakhapatnam, Chennai, Puducherry, Kanyakumari, Thiruvananthapuram, Panjim, Mumbai, Diu, Dwarka, Gandhidham and reached Koteshwar, Gujarat (West Coast) at 6.35 p.m. on April 5, 2026, covering a distance of 6616.6 km along the coastal road in 6 days, 12 hours and 50 minutes, as confirmed on May 14, 2026.
