The record for being the fastest to complete the golden quadrilateral car expedition was set by Shrinivas Jadhav (born on June 25, 1987) of Thane, Maharashtra, along with three other team members. They covered a total distance of 5962 km in 74 hours and 53 minutes. They started from Thane, Maharashtra, at 7 am on September 30, 2021, while following the route ‘Delhi-Kolkata-Chennai-Mumbai’ and returned to Thane at 9.53 am on October 3, 2021, as confirmed on February 19, 2022.
