The record for the fastest construction of a high-rise residential building was set by Pune Metropolitan Regional Development Authority, Pune, Maharashtra. The P+14-floor building, having a FSI built-up area of 94721.91 sq. ft. and comprising 112 2-BHK flats, was completed in a record time of 95 days using the Industrialised 3-S system with precast RCC walls, beams, and slabs. This project aims to promote sustainable urban growth by delivering quality, eco-friendly living at unprecedented speed, as confirmed on April 13, 2026.
