The record for the fastest construction of a high-rise residential building was set by B.G. Shirke Construction Tech Pvt Ltd, Pune, Maharashtra. The P+14-floor building, part of a project having a FSI built-up area of 80,742.91 sq. ft. and comprising 112 2-BHK flats, was completed in a record time of 100 days using the Industrialised 3-S system with precast RCC walls, beams, and slabs. This project aims to promote sustainable urban growth by delivering quality, eco-friendly living at unprecedented speed, as confirmed on March 18, 2026.
