The record for being the fastest to recite the Kalabhairava Ashtakam while playing Tabla was set by Kaustubh Dhananjay Mavadikar (born on October 16, 2012) of Pune, Maharashtra. He recited the complete Kalabhairava Ashtakam (a Sanskrit hymn written by Adi Shankaracharya) while playing the Tabla (a pair of Indian hand drums) in 2 minutes and 27 seconds, at the age of 10 years, 10 months and 24 days, as confirmed on September 9, 2023.
