The record for being the fastest to recite the names of all the countries and their capitals was set by John Mariya Janeesh (born on July 20, 2014) of Kannur, Kerala (now residing in Dublin, Ireland). He recited the names of all the 195 countries (UN recognised), along with their capitals, in 1 minute, 47 seconds and 9 milliseconds at the age of 7 years, 9 months and 29 days, as confirmed on May 18, 2022.
