The record for being the fastest to complete Chadar trek was set by Rhythm Harlalka (born on September 26, 2012) of Hyderabad, Telangana. He successfully completed the Chadar Trek expedition over the frozen Zanskar River in Leh (Ladakh) in 5 days from January 8, 2023 to January 12, 2023 at the age of 10 years, 3 months and 17 days, as confirmed on April 12, 2023.
