The record for the fastest carving of the National Anthem on watermelons was set by Chennais Amirta International Institute of Hotel Management, Bengaluru, Karnataka. Students from the institute came together to carve the words of the National Anthem on 55 watermelons in just 19 minutes and 17 seconds, a feat that stands as a testament to the unwavering dedication, precision, and teamwork involved. This achievement occurred in the institute’s campus auditorium, as confirmed on January 26, 2025.
