Bhupendra Singh – IBR Achiever
Bhupendra Singh (born on May 20, 1960) of Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, is titled as ‘IBR Achiever’ for organising 11 annual blood donation camps on the occasion of his birthday since 2012 and donating 8,097 units of blood to local hospitals, as confirmed on July 9, 2025.
