Arkasmit Pakhira (born on December 9, 2018) of Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal, is titled as ‘IBR Achiever’ for reciting 14 Bengali poems, including Samabyathi, Ganer Jer, Nemantanna, Borai and Rabibar, among others, in 20 minutes and 32 seconds, at the age of 7 years and 7 months, as confirmed on July 31, 2026.
