The record for carving out all seven mountain railways on pencil leads was set by Daniya A. D. (born on March 6, 1995) of Thrissur, Kerala. She carved out the names of all seven mountain railways (Kalka-Shimla, Konkan, Kangra Valley, Matheran Hill, Darjeeling Himalayan, Nilgiri Mountain and Railway in Kashmir) on seven different pencil leads, as confirmed on January 18, 2021.
