Akash Gupta (born on June 15, 1999) of Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, is titled as ‘IBR Achiever’ for undertaking a train journey to visit 28 Indian states and 6 union territories in 15 days. He commenced his journey from Kamakhya (Assam) on August 2, 2025; travelled across 28 states, including Nagaland, Tripura, Manipur, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, West Bengal and Jharkhand; and terminated at Raipur (Chhattisgarh) on August 16, 2025, as confirmed on October 13, 2025.
