Aadithya Suresh of Karnataka is an exuberant 16 year old full of iron will and resilient spirit. He has been diagnosed with Osteogenesis Imperfecta (Brittle bone disease) since birth but that did not stop his incessant love for art. He performed in over 500 singing events and television channels.Determined and blessed with a beautiful voice, he won against all odds by achieving many awards. His videos have gone viral and he continues to be an unstoppable singing phenomenon.
Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar, formally known as ‘National Child Award’, is awarded by the Government of India, to children with exceptional abilities and outstanding accomplishments in six categories – Art and Culture, Bravery, Innovation, Scholastic, Social Service and Sports. It is India’s Highest Civilian Honour bestowed upon exceptional achievers in the age group 5 – 18 years and carries a cash reward of INR.1,00,000/-.
Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar (PMRBP) for the year 2023 has been conferred to 11 children. These winners include 6 Boys and 5 Girls, belonging to 11 states and Union territories.
