Maximum edible wafer sheets used for photo cakes
The record for maximum edible wafer sheets used for photo cakes was set jointly by Cochin Bakery, Kozhikode and Brownnies Bakery, Kannur of Kerala. A total of 900 A4 sized edible wafer sheets depicting various themes such as Women Empowerment, Famous Women Personalities, the G 20 Summit as well as the Post Independence Era in India and state of Kerala etc. to celebrate India’s ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’, (75 years of independence) and displayed them at Jawahar Municipal Stadium, Kannur, Kerala on 26th and 27th of March 2023.
