Maximum backward cycling rounds performed by a child
The record for performing the maximum number of backward cycling rounds was set by Mahijith Kadungath Biju (born on September 23, 2009) of Palakkad, Kerala. He sat opposite the seat and rode the bicycle backwards balancing through foot pedals. He completed six rounds on a single stretch (in elliptical route approximately 500 metres) in 3 minutes and 9 seconds, at the age of 11 years, 7 months and 17 days, as confirmed on May 10, 2021.
