The record for chopping the maximum number of tomatoes blindfolded was set by Jahnavi Mounesh Badiger (born on June 6, 2015) of Gadag, Karnataka. She chopped 8 tomatoes (each tomato sliced into 5 to 6 pieces), blindfolded, in 4 minutes and 23 seconds, using a kitchen knife, at the age of 11 years, 2 months and 7 days, as confirmed on August 13, 2026.
