The record for the First Lab Grown Diamond Jewellery to Reach Outer Space was set by Cosmos Diamonds Private Limited, Bangalore, Karnataka. In partnership with Skyroot Aerospace, the lotus-shaped masterpiece features 32 lab-grown diamonds (16.9 carats), designed and manufactured by Cosmos Diamonds. It was launched aboard Skyroot Aerospace’s Vikram-1 orbital rocket in July 2026, marking a historic milestone in sustainable luxury, Indian craftsmanship, and private space exploration, as confirmed on August 01, 2026.
