Shivaksh Rapta (born on July 31, 2020) of Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, is titled as ‘IBR Achiever’ for identifying the flags and recalling the names of all 195 (UN recognised) countries and locating their positions on an outlined world map in 12 minutes and 56 seconds, at the age of 6 years, as confirmed on August 24, 2026.
