Soumita Sarkar (born on August 26, 1996) of Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal, is titled as ‘IBR Achiever’ for making leaf artwork of different artistic styles on 16 Peepal leaves, depicting political leaders, deities, flower bouquets and artistic portraits of men and women, using acrylic and fabric colours, a black marker pen and strands of embroidery thread, as confirmed on July 10, 2026.
