Shiwan Malai (born on July 4, 2023) of Madurai, Tamil Nadu, is titled as ‘IBR Achiever’ for identifying and naming 10 shapes and 10 vehicles with their respective colours, 12 animals in Tamil and English; counting numbers from 1 to 10 in three different languages, namely English, Chinese and Tamil; matching and naming flags of 12 countries in an inset puzzle, at the age of 2 years and 10 months, as confirmed on May 23, 2026.
