Longest duration to walk barefoot by an individual

The record for walking barefoot for the longest duration was set by Kakara Srinivasu (born on January 25, 1997) of Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh. He is travelling and walking on roads, barefoot, without using footwear, from the year 2016 till date, to raise awareness about the health benefits of ‘grounding’ (earthing), as confirmed on April 1, 2026.
