The record for making the longest painting on a tracing film roll was set by Dr. Shubhabrata Mukhopadhyay (born on December 20, 1965) of Jaipur, Rajasthan. He made the longest painting (measuring 19 metres in length and 0.5 metres in width) on the theme of ‘Jaipur: A Royal Dreamscape’ on a tracing film roll, using acrylic paints, as confirmed on February 16, 2026.
