Largest Millet Based Pizza Prepared by an Educational Institute
The record for the ‘Largest Millet Base Pizza Prepared by an Educational Institute’ was set by the School of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Jaipur National University (JNU), Jaipur, Rajasthan, under the supervision of Chancellor Dr. Sandeep Bakshi. They created the largest millet base pizza in a circular shape, (measuring length 119 inches x breadth 119 inches) covering a total area of 11,116 sq. m. This attempt was made in support of the Government of India’s initiative to revive millet consumption, as confirmed on March 2, 2026.
