The record for serving the maximum number of people food prepared without oil or ghee at a single venue was set by Akhil Bhartiya Khandelwal Vaisy Yuwa Jagriti Sangh, led by Yogendra Labhi, in collaboration with Gaumaaya, led by Dr. Sitaram Gupta, Jaipur, Rajasthan. On January 23, 2026, they prepared and served 16 dishes without using oil or ghee to a total of 2,108 people during a ceremony. This initiative was undertaken to highlight the health benefits of oil-free cooking and to promote a healthy lifestyle, as confirmed on January 23, 2026.
