Maximum medals won in Taekwondo by a child

The record for winning the maximum number of medals in Taekwondo was set by Saihish Patel (born on July 30, 2018) of Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra. He won 49 medals (31 gold, 11 silver and 7 bronze) in Taekwondo at state, national and international tournaments from 2024 to 2025, at the age of 7 years, 4 months and 15 days, as confirmed on December 15, 2025.
