The record for performing the maximum number of basketball bounces in one hour in a seated position was set by Kashinath Manu (born on October 9, 2017) of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. He continuously bounced a basketball (on the floor) 8270 times in one hour, while sitting on a bench, using both hands, at the age of 7 years, 11 months and 14 days, as confirmed on September 23, 2025.
