The record for the largest antrochoanal polyp removed from a child by an ENT surgeon was set by Dr. Sakshi Negi, Consultant ENT Surgeon at Life Line Hospital, Najibabad, Bijnor. On July 5, 2025, she treated a rare case in a 10-year-old child with a polyp measuring 13.5 × 4.5 cm, extending from the anterior nares to the oropharynx and originating in the right maxillary sinus. The child fully recovered following complete removal.  This case highlights the importance of early diagnosis and skilled endoscopic management in extensive pediatric sinonasal disease, as confirmed on November 14, 2025.
