Maximum Holes Played on Foot at the World’s Lowest Golf Course
The record for the maximum holes played on foot at the world’s lowest golf course was set by Dr. Anand Gupta, Jammu and Kashmir. On September 22, 2025, he completed all 18 holes from the white tees with a score of 87, walking 5–7 miles while carrying his clubs under extreme conditions at Furnace Creek Golf Course in Death Valley—the world’s lowest course, 214 feet below sea level. The event showcased athletic grit, mental resilience, and human potential in one of Earth’s harshest environments, as confirmed on October 28, 2025.
