Maximum Seedlings Planted in One Day
The record for the Maximum number of seedlings planted in a day set by District Administration Beed, Maharashtra, India. On August 7, 2025, participants from the Forest Department, along with other municipal and government organizations of the Forest Department of Beed district, Maharashtra, under the guidance of Ajit Dada Pawar, Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra, and Hon. Ganesh Naik, Forest Minister of Maharashtra, planted a large 32 lakh and 50 thousand trees in a single day. In Beed district, in consultation with various departments, a comprehensive plan has been prepared for tree plantation and maintenance under the mission of Green Maharashtra, Prosperous Maharashtra, as confirmed on August 7, 2025.
