The record for being the fastest to arrange all chess pieces on a chess board was set by Tharav Yash (born on December 22, 2020) of Virudhunagar, Tamil Nadu. He arranged all the chess pieces (16 black and 16 white) on a chess board in 31.74 seconds, at the age of 4 years, 4 months and 17 days, as confirmed on May 8, 2025.
