Maximum Distance Covered for Quality Inspection of DLP Roads Across a State

The record for covering the maximum distance for quality inspection of DLP roads was set by Public Works Department, Rajasthan under the supervision of Jaswant Lal Khatri, Chief Engineer (Quality Control). A total of 5,037 roads covering 23,701 kilometres were inspected during Sadak Gunvatta Nirikshan (SAGUNI) Yatra, which commenced from Sri Ganganagar on March 30, 2025 (Chaitra Shukla Pratipada) and concluded on May 12, 2025 (Buddha Purnima) at Sri Ganganagar. The yatra upheld values of Integrity, Transparency, Purity, Sense of Responsibility and Economy, as confirmed on May 12, 2025.
