The record for the fastest ride to complete the golden quadrilateral on 125cc scooters by a duo was set by Syed Asif Ali and Shamim Khan in association with TVS Motor Company Ltd. and TVS NTORQ. They commenced their journey on November 23, 2024, from Mumbai, Maharashtra and concluded in the same city on November 28, 2024, after covering a total distance of 5818 kilometres in 142 hours. Their journey traversed the national highway network forming the golden quadrilateral, which connects four major metro cities- Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata, as confirmed on December 6, 2024.
