Fastest Journey from Bhadrachalam to Tirumala on Foot
The record for the fastest journey from Bhadrachalam to Tirumala on foot was set by Dr. G Veerendra Choudary, Director of Triveni – Krishnaveni Educational Institutions, along with his team consisting of 10 members. They started the journey from Bhadrachalam on September 19, 2024, after performing puja on the auspicious day of Pournami on September 18, 2024. The Padayatra, titled ‘Ramanna to Venkanna’, aims to promote Universal Human Wellness and is organized every leap year, marking its seventh iteration. The journey ended on October 7, 2024, covering a distance of 619 km, as confirmed on October 9, 2024.
