Fastest duo to travel across GCC countries in a SUV
The record for being the fastest to travel across GCC countries was set by Siyad Kallayil of Thrissur, Kerala (now residing in UAE), along with his friend. They started their car expedition from Kuwait Towers (Kuwait) at 12.02 am (Kuwait Local Time) on October 19, 2023, travelled across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, UAE, and completed it at Khasab Musandam (Oman) at 10.54 pm (Kuwait Local Time) the same day, covering a distance of 1,763 km in 22 hours and 52 minutes, as confirmed on February 6, 2024.
