Priya Barman (born on April 5, 2022) of Cooch Behar, West Bengal, is titled as ‘IBR Achiever’ for recalling the capitals of 120 countries, 28 Indian states and 8 union territories; identifying 30 scientists and 5 sense organs; translating 29 words and the names of 30 fruits, 30 flowers, 30 birds, 30 animals, 15 fishes, 24 vegetables, 20 parts of the body from English to Bengali, and 24 mathematical symbols from Bengali to English, at the age of 2 years and 1 month, as confirmed on May 21, 2024.
