The record for the maximum Surya namaskar performed by students was set by Vishwatmak Jangli Maharaj Ashram Trust Sadguru Atma Malik Mauli, Atma Malik Educational and Sports complex Kokamthan of Ahmednagar Manmad highway, Shirdi. A total of 24799692 Surya Namaskar was performed by 7200 students and staff every day from June 21, 2023 until March 31, 2024. Every student and teacher from the educational institute, practised 12 Surya Namaskars daily, on the ground, in the hostel, and at home, in the morning, as confirmed on March 31, 2024.
