The record for being the youngest to perform a classical music concert was set by Ariv Nimalan. S. P. (born on November 20, 2020) of Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu. At the age of 3 years 6 months and 2 days, he performed the Carnatic feat for 1 hour and 1 minute on the auspicious occasion of Vaikasi Visagam at Nageshwaraswamy Temple, Kumbakonam The concert aimed to encompass a variety of Carnatic music forms, ranging from kirtis to thukkadas, including verses from Thiruppugazh, Thevaram, and Lingashtakam, as confirmed on May 22, 2024.
